My UX Process

My UX Process

Since every project is different, I use the Double Diamond as a guide to plan my work. The Double Diamond answers my two questions that help me being an effective problem solver. Diamond one answers my question: Which part of the product bothers my users the most? Diamond two answers my question: How do I solve the problem? It includes four phases:

  • Phase one: I research my initial problem
  • Phase two: I synthesize my findings to re-define the problem statement
  • Phase three: I brainstorm solutions through the design studio
  • Phase four: I provide a prototype and continuously iterate on my designs from Low-Fi to Hi-Fi
  • Delivery: Presentation Slides, Specification Document, and Tappable Prototype

This is where I start to creating a specific design solution.

I've had success ideating design solutions by:

Design Studio (10-3-10mins)

4. Prototype Phase

In prototyping, I continuously iterate on my designs to continue to improve my design solutions.
